Responsible for the automation application and continues improvement on quality, efficiency, manless, general equipment & facility maintenancein different workshops, e.g. injection, assembly and machining.Responsible for manufacturing process optimization to achieve highest quality standard and lowest labor cost
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree and above in automation or pertinent major.
12 plus years working experience in machining or electronics manufacturing company;
Rich experiences in automation development & implementation, industrial engineering with strong lean knowledge, equipment maintenance and manufacturing process
Good track record in leading cross functional team to achieve the project targets;
Basic skills in plastic and mechanics as well as organizational setting up.
Creative, open-minded and with the passion to make things happen.
A team player and good communication and presentation skills.
A good command of business English both orally and in writing.
