岗位职责：
1. 负责车间整体设备设施和建筑系统设置和日常操作，为内部客户提供专业的支持和服务；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 Responsible for overall equipment facility and building system setting up and daily operation, provide professional support and service to internal customer;
2. 管理和领导工业项目领域的全球供应链操作； Manage and lead industrial project linked to global supply-chain or operation;
3. 实现、管理和建立公司健康安全环境体系； Implement manage and lead HSE in the Company;
4. 启动新工厂的构建New-plant Setting-up project: -负责新厂房设备/装配生产线的安装、调试和维护，协调水电系统的建立，土建工程项目控制与协调等；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 Responsible for Equipment/assemble lines installation, comissioning and maintenance of trim plant, coodination and processing plant electric/water system setting-up, plant civil work project control and co-ordination etc.; - 根据工厂搭建进度表逐步建立完善各大生产线； Responsible for product lines installation according to plant setting-up schedule step by step; - 参照工厂搭建需求及进度表，以及设备作业指导书对设备进行预防性维护； Make preventive maintenance and schedule according to the machine manual instruction and plant setting-up requirement & schedule; - 根据新工厂业务发展计划进行设备维护支持； Facility maintenance support according to new plant business development plan; - 设计和实现生产线或新流程；Design and implement production lines or new processes; - 定义并提出新的流程来提高全球供应链的整体效率和操作；Define and propose new processes to improve the overall efficiency of the global supply chain and operation; - 作为新产品发展计划的成员，准备和实施所有生产工艺流程及相关文件。 Be member of new product development to prepare and implement all industrial processes or documentation.
任职要求：
1.电气或机电工程类专业，熟悉PLC操作及维修，能够对电器（强电和弱电）维修提供故障诊断专家意见； Electrical or Engineering Major, familiar with PLC operation and maintenance. Able to electrical (strong and weak) maintenance to provide expert advice on fault diagnosis;
2.良好沟通能力，沟通中具有一定影响力，高度的责任感及团队精神； Good communication skills, has certain influence in the communication, high sense of responsibility, team spirit and cooperative attitude, work initiative;
3.良好的英语读写能力； Excellent in English reading and writing;
