=For our Process Industries and Drives Division in TIANJIN,we are looking for a Quality Process Professional (质量过程控制工程师/电机）.
What are my responsibilities
-Ensure product quality meet the set requirement and continual improvement of product quality.
Analyzes and contributes to quality in technical processes, in innovation, logistics and/or production, aligned with agreed quality guidelines.
Analyzes all quality related issues in all steps of the technical steps. Identifies quality trend data.
Devises sampling procedures, and develops systems for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Completes and maintains quality inspection and audits program.
Advices process and quality owner, recommends measures (incl. shipment halt decisions).
Carries out quality improvement projects; plans targets, milestones, budgets and resources, sets up and monitors project progress, and approves results.
Trains staff in all Quality related issues and processes.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
What do I need to qualify for this job
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Electrical relative Engineering, motor / electric insulation related.
Several years of experience in logistic related functions.
More than 5 years related working experience in production quality control or 2 years in motor industry.
Have experience in Motor winding factory or transformer is a plus.
Fluent English communication skill.
Skillful use quality relative tools(5 Why,8D,fish bone etc).
Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, positive and healthy.
