岗位描述Job Description:
1.Participate new product development job, validate new product via testing;
参与新产品研发工作，对新产品进行实验确认；
2.Understand product need for power & date transimission market, and integrate the information into product development and validation process;
了解移动供电市场产品需求，并落实到产品设计与验证当中;
3.Based on project&product development needs, write technical documents, such like product specification, installation request etc..ensure the integrality and continuity of the product technical documentation; 根据项目&产品研发需求，编写技术文档，如产品技术说明，安装要求等，确保产品技术文档的完整性，连续性； 4.Build documentation process, validate and trancing product development process, ensure the product development quality; 建立文件化的程序，对产品研发过程进行验证与跟踪，确保产品研发质量；
5.Design facilities for validation test, coordinate and solve the issue during development process, assure the development process implement smoothly.
对实验项目进行工装设计，及时处理，协调产品研发中出现的问题，确保研发工作顺利进行。
其他技能详细说明/Details on other skill:
1.本科5年以上，研究生3年以上在工业领域的工作经验。
Bachelor 5 years/ Master 3 years working experience in the field of industrial area related.
2.熟练各种办公软件，熟练使用CAD / Solidworks软件，以及设计分析类软件，熟练运用研发流程V型图。 All kinds of office software skilled, good at CAD/Solidworks skills and design analysis software, good at V shape development process.
3.良好沟通能力，沟通中具有一定影响力，高度的责任感，团队精神，合作态度，工作主动。
Good communication ability, has certain influence in the communication, high sense of responsibility, team spirit and cooperative attitude, work initiative.
4.英语书写熟练。Good at English writing and reading.
5.有机电通信行业设计背景。Electrical and mechanical communication industry design background preferred.
