Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Order fulfillment: including timely reply customer inquiry, provide order acknowledgment, update delivery status, delivery arrangement and respond customer complaints;
2. Oversee and monitor the schedule to ensure timely delivery to the customer;
3. Provide precise and timely support/sales list to customer service center manager in line with reasonable requests.
4. Customer relationship management, be responsible for managing the day to day activities for customers with the goal of operational efficiency and increased sales;
5. Working together with Finance to clear overdue AR ASAP;
6. Manage Forecast;
6. Be actively to response and complete the other tasks from customer service center manager.
Working Experience and Skills Requirement:
1. Over 4 years working experience or above in order processing, customer services, supply chain management;
2. Fluency in both spoken and written English;
3. Experience in using ERP or SAP system with basic IT knowledge; skilled in Micosoft office;
4. Responsible, attention to detail with strong analytical mind and able to work under time pressure;
5. Have the capability to plan and manage all responsibilities as a whole;
6. Have excellent communication skill, maintain a good relationship with customer; Drive and coordinate well with all internal departments to meet customer demand.
