Key Responsibilities:
Interface with customers from getting requirements, updating project status/activities to resolving issuesPropose continuous improvement initiatives based on both internal and external audit findings/feedbackManage the whole new project development cycle, from NPI phase to Mass ProductionPerform failure analysis on internal & customer rejectResponsible for product development via working with internal engineering/project team to solve technical and production issues, and ensure the cost is minimizedRequirements:
Degree in Mechanical/ Ind./ Quality Engineering/ Material ScienceAt least 3 years product development or project management experience in manufacturing industryFamiliar with metal machining, metal or plastic injection molding will be an advantageFamiliar with ISO9000, QS9000, ISO/TS16949Skilled in quality engineering utilizing APQP, PPAP, SPC, PCP, PFMEASix sigma green belt or black belt holder preferredAnalytical and meticulousExcellent company representative in front of colleagues, customers and suppliersExcellent written & spoken English & Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)Immediate available would be an advantageStation in Guangzhou
