Responsibility ? Responsible for document management, office supplies management, fixed assets management 负责公司文档管理、办公用品管理、固定资产管理; ? Responsible for employee attendance and company system supervision 负责员工考勤及公司制度监督; ? Responsible for cash flow, and expenses etc. 负责办公室的现金管理及员工费用报销等; ? Responsible for arranging the business trip and controlling the travel expenses   负责组织安排工程师出差行程和控制出差费用 ? Must give report every week to shanghai company of all her work and all what is happening in the office    每周必须向上海公司汇报工作情况 Requirement ? Proficient in office software 办公软件应用熟练 ; ? Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work,the level of writing 具有较强的工作责任心和应变能力,有文字写作水平; ? Have some knowledge of HR, Financial, Tax, Customs etc. 具有一些人事管理知识,财务知识,税务知识,进出口业务等; ? High proficiency in English 要求英语听,说,写熟练
