Responsible for ABB Robotics Controller products quality improvement in R&D department.
Lead quality improvement project with cross-functional team
Mastery of ABB Robotics Controller: Controller architecture, Drive system, Power system, Measurement system, Safety system, Motor, and others.
Analyze problem and initiate correction and preventive actions, including root cause analysis, verification of cause, design change, verification of solutions and etc.
As the product global technical owner, closely monitor the responsible product’s quality, follow up the field failures and solve major issues.
Provide general technical support to customer and production for the responsible product.
Engage in new product development projects as the electronic parts technical expert and quality assurance.
Master or above in electronic engineering, control science and engineering, automation, or related field;
Minimum 3 years of power electronics product development experience.
Expertise in power electronics and analog electronics;
Familiar with ECAD, oscilloscope, logic analyzer and other similar tools;
Strong problem solving ability;
Team work spirit, collaboration with local and international colleagues;
Good communication and multi-tasks management competence;
Good oral and written English;
Strong ownership and self-motivated
