岗位职责：
1. 主导公司关键部件（齿轮、铸件、轴类）供应商开发，包括挑选合适供应商、获取有竞争力的报价以满足公司成本目标、按照计划推动样件流程以满足公司新产品开发规划、支持SQE工作等；

2.同设计部及供应商合作，对新产品开发提供优化方案；

3. 持续供应商改善活动：条款谈判、成本降低、交货期优化，按时交货改进，库存合理设置，评估供应商能力／表现，推荐供应商

4.合同管理，投标准备等其他活动；

5.确保标准流程执行，主导公司内外部。

1.Lead the key components (gears/housing/shafts) sourcing processing include select suitable supplier; provide competitive quotation to meet cost target; follow samples schedule to meet new product development schedule, supporting with the SQE.

2.Coordinate between design and supplier; provide the optimized solutions for relative new products development.

3.Supplier continuous improvement activity, including： terms negotiation, cost containment， lead time optimization, on time delivery improvement, inventory reasonable level control， evaluate supplier capability/capacity/performance, preferred supplier.

4.Contract management; prepare bidding activity and so on.

5.To ensure standard process executed, lead internal and external audit.

职位要求：

1.本科，机械背景或机械相关经验

2.l 5年以上采购工作经验,熟悉传动行业优先.

3.l 较好的沟通技巧，开放主动热心，极强的团队精神和跨部门合作精神，善于沟通处理复杂问题，能适时做出决定。

1.Bachelor, major in mechanic or equivalent experience.

2.More than 5 years in sourcing, similar field in transmission production will be preferred.

3.Good communication skill, open-minded, warm-hearted, strong teamwork spirit with cross-functional teams;

sold interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision making.
