Purpose of Job 职位概要：

Process design and Line capacity calculation and continuous improvement工艺设计与线体能力的评估和持续提高

Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：

1.　　 Responsible to process continuously improvement. E.g. conduct new tools, methods and technologies (lean, poka-yoke etc.) into manufacture to continuously improve production efficiency and quality.工艺的持续改进，利用相关工具方法改进提高生产能力

2.　　 New Product process proposal initiate, line investment analysis, labor & in-direct material cost evaluation.新产品工艺方案的启动，线体投入分析，人工和间接成本评估

3.　　 Production process design, equipment list generation, line capacity calculation and loss balance, layout design, new equipment and fixtures planning and preparation, line setup, verification and tuning.生产工艺设计，所需设备的清单的产生，线体能力的计算和盈亏平衡，layout设计及新设备和工具的计划和准备，线体的建立确认和调整

4.　　 Responsible for the works included in production process specification and documentation, working instruction preparation and update.负责生产过程的规范，相关文件作业指导等准备和更新

5.　　 Fixture concept and requirement generation. Co-ordinate with engineering, equipment and outsourcing to finish fixture development, supplier searching & management, fixture verification and buy-off.工具的需求。与工程和设备共同探讨设备工具的设计和改进，包括设备供应商的开发和管理，设备的验收验证。

6.　　 Support sourcing, quality at evaluation, searching and qualification of new supplier.对采购部门进行支持，对物料质量进行评估，以促进新供应商的开发和验证

7.　　 Co-ordinate with Quality and production and related department solve urgent problem in production line.与质量生产和其他相关部门解决生产紧急问题

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识、技巧与能力要求：

1.　　 Experience of manufacture line set-up is mandatory.必须具备工厂建立线体的经验

2.　　 Know well manufacture of mechanical & electrical product.了解掌握机械和电子产品的制造

3.　　 Knowledge and experience of mechanical design and production process design具有机械设计和生产过程设计的相关知识和经验

4.　　 Knowledge and experience on SMT/Wave-solder technology, FMEA, Lean production, Poke Yoke design etc.具有SMT/Wave-solder的相关经验，并具有FMEA，lean及Poke Yoke等设计能力

5.　　 Experience of calculation of in-direct material, labor cost具有间接材料人工成本计算的经验

6.　　 Experience in utilization of Auto-Cad and Pro-E具有相关软件Auto-Cad 和 Pro-E的使用经验

7.　　 ERP system experience is plus (QAD is great plus)ERP系统的使用经验（最好是QAD系统）

8.　　 Good player of team work.有很好的团队精神

9.　　 Hard working and able to work under pressure with a fast pace.能承受快节奏和高压下的工作

Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格：

1.　　 Minimum bachelor degree holder preferably of electrical/electronic engineering background from a recognized institute.本科学历电器电子相关的背景

2.　　 Good skills in English, written and spoken.较好的英文书写及沟通能力

3.　　 3+ years’ work experience as process engineer in high volume, low cost consumer electronics industry.3年以上的电子企业工艺工程师的经验
