Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Provide supports from technical side to new product introduction, including development of the new process, design of new fixtures, testing etc.在新产品倒入过程中提供生产技术方面的支持，包括新工艺的开发，新设备购入时技术规格提出，以及生产准备相关的测试等；

2. Maintain and improve the current process to ensure stable quality level 维持现有工艺过程，以确保工艺过程稳定和产品质量的均一性；

3. Design layout of new production lines with considering logistic, OPF, and reducing WIP 设计生产线布局，同时考虑物流和单件流和持续减少中间库存；

　　

4. Documentation jobs: Work instructions, process control plan, PFMEA 工艺文件的做成和发行，包括标准作业指导书，过程控制计划，过程潜在失效模式分析等；

5. Root cause analyze ability, flow up counter measures and dig wide if necessary 遇到质量问题后分析根本原因，并追踪应对措施，在需要的情况下横向展开应对措施；

6. Continuous improvement to reduce manufacturing cost 持续改善并降低生产过程成本。

Requirements任职条件：

1. Bachelor's degree , major in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering

学士学位，工业工程或机械机电等相关专业

2. MS office, AutoCAD, Solid works skills will be musts

熟悉MS office办公软件，精通Auto CAD, Solid works等绘图软件

3. Lean production(TPS) knowledge, VSM, PLC knowledge will be preferred

熟悉精益生产（丰田生产方式），价值流图，PLC者优先录取

4. Personal abilities and team efforts

较强的个人工作能力和良好的团队合作意愿

5. Good English knowledge, both spoken and written

良好的英语听说读写能力
