岗位职责：

1. 支持新项目的开发 （详细要求见后附） Support the new projects （detailed requirements are in appendix）

2. 负责bumper生产线机加工和焊接等工艺的日常工作和部分设备维护工作 Responsible for the process and part of equipment maintenance work of fabrication, welding and other process of the bumper production line.

3. 制作和更新和生产工艺相关的文件 Write and update the process related documents

4. 针对生产线所有工艺的持续改进 Continue improvement to all processes of the production line

5. 对新操作者的培训 Training to new operators

6. 与供应商沟通解决工艺和设备问题 Communicate with suppliers to solve process and equipment issues

7. 由主管和经理指定的其他工作 Other works appointed by managers

新项目开发职责：

1. 基于客户图纸设计机加工工艺流程 Design the machining process flow based on the customer drawings.

2. 按照项目要求的输入设计加工工艺的生产节拍，产能，过程能力等新生产线设计所需指标并最终完成GED。 According to the project input to design the cycle time, capacity，CPK or any other production line necessary specifications to complete the GED

3. 根据生产线各项参数评估新生产线所需新设备及相关耗材和水电气等消耗量从而支持报价工作 Evaluate the consuming materials and power based on new production line parameters in order to support the quotation work.

4. 根据生产线各项参数评估新设备投资额从而支持报价工作 Evaluate the new equipment investment based on new production line parameters in order to support the quotation work.

5. 根据生产线各项参数评估所需人力资源从而支持报价工作 Evaluate the necessary manpower based on new production line parameters in order to support the quotation work.

6. 对每个加工工艺所需的模具进行初步设计并提出要求，最终与供应商确认 Design the dies concept and confirm specifications with die vendor.

7. 设计新工艺所需的各种工装夹具并与供应商探讨并确认方案 Design the new jigs used in each process, discuss and confirm the design with supplier.

8. 设计生产线所需的各种辅助工具从而提高效率及操作者的便利性 Design the assist tools in order to improve the efficiency and operation convenience.

9. 按照项目的总体日程规划并安排自身相关工作的分项日程，及时更新并主动追踪每项任务的完成情况，特别是各设备，模具，工装的制造情况追踪。 Make the schedule of each own task, follow and update the schedules especially follow the manufacturing progress of the equipment, dies and jigs.

10. 制作各种生产和工艺文件并根据实际情况更新 Write the production and process documents and update with real situation.

11. 与客户进行机加工工艺相关的沟通，解答客户相关问题 Communicate the machining processes issues with customer, give feedback to the questions from customer.

12. 在样品提交阶段，支持采购选择合适的临时设备和工装，并根据临时的设备或工装设计合适的加工工艺以保证样品的品质 In the samples submit period, support purchasing department to source available temporary equipment and jigs, design special processes based on the temporary equipment and jigs to produce qualified samples.

13. 按照实际需求参考其他部门意见主导制定新设备技术规范作为合同的重要部分与供应商在合同签署前确认 As an important part of the equipment contract, drive to make the equipment specification with involving of other related functions. Confirm the specification with equipment supplier before the contract signing.

14. 按照设备技术规范中关于设备验收的规定与质量和维修部门共同进行设备验收 To do the equipment acceptance test with quality and maintenance departments based on the equipment specification.

15. 对操作者和其他相关人员进行工艺，操作和设备使用方面的培训 Train the operators and other related peoples about the processes and equipment operation.

16. 在项目结束并正式移交给生产前保证生产线的正常运转，解决出现的各种工艺问题 Solve the process issues to ensure the production running normally until the project closed and production line transferred to production department.

17.应对项目进行过程中出现的其他工艺相关问题及变更 Be responsible to all other process issues and changings happened during the project period.

Essential Criteria 基本素质

1. 机械，焊接或相关专业本科及以上学历 At least bachelor degree of machinery, welding or related majors

2. 熟悉数控编程 Familiar with the NC program individually

3. 熟悉TS体系要求和相关质量工具 Family with the TS quality system and tools

4. 良好的英语交流能力 Good English communicating skills

5. 良好的沟通能力，承压能力强 Good communication ability, work under high pressure

6. 独立分析和解决问题的能力 Ability to analysis and solve problem independently

Preferred Criteria 优先条件

1. 有铝合金机加工和TIG焊接经验 Have the experience of aluminum alloy machining and welding

2. 有生产管理经验 Have the experience of production management

3. 会日语优先 Better if skilled in Japanese
