组建强大的工程队伍，并不断优化。以支持产品实现，展开持续改善。组织产品/项目开发，取得技术领先。
Buildup a strong engineering team then optimizes it to support & improve the production, organization and exploitation, ultimately to achieve technology dominance.

基本工作内容和职责 Requirements and Responsibilities
1.制定工程部部门方针、计划，并督导实施。
Establish guidelines and plan for the Engineering Dept., then supervise and implement
2.根据公司发展要求，不断调整和优化部门组织结构，确定和选择所需人才。
For the development, adjust and optimize the organization structure, and pick talents for the corporation
3.订立和执行人才培训/发展计划，确保“选、育、用、留”各环节相得益彰。
Conclude and execute the training & development project, make sure 4 steps (select, train, appoint and retain people) bring out the best for each other
4.产品实现之加工流程及工艺参数的确定和控制，工序设备能力鉴定，新工艺及新设备评估。
Confirm & control the processes and technique parameter, identify working procedure and evaluate the new technique & facility
5.开展、推进持续改善。
Commence and maintain improvement
6.（新）产品/项目开发的策划、确认、组织和落实。
Planning, confirm, organization and execution for the new item exploitation
7.确立公司（远景）核心技术，保持技术领先。
Radicate perspective core technique, keep technology ahead
8.合理引入、利用和管理各种资源。
Induct, utilize and manage various resources
9. 制定/改善制造工艺确保符合客户要求
Setting up/Improving manufacturing process ensures meet the requirement from customer
10．支持销售、品管各部门解决客户端及公司内的技术问题
Providing the technical supporting to Sales，QA for solving the problem of Customer
岗位要求和教育要求:Qualification requirements
大学本科，英语熟练。Bachelor Degree, fluency in both written and spoken English

工作经历要求:Work experience
十年以上工作经验，且至少5年外资企业相关工作经历，两年以上担任部门经理或同等职位。五金或者电子行业优先。
More than 8 years related working experience，and 5 years should be in the multinational company and at least 2 years at managerial level，Metal or Electrical industrial is perfect。

能力，技能和知识: Ability, skills and knowledge for specialties
良好的团队组织、协作和沟通能力。
A strong sense of teamwork, cooperation and communication
很强的工程业务能力和背景。
Engineering background and strong ability to operation
熟知品质体系（ISO9000等）管理，尤其应了解先期产品品质策划（APQP）要求及制程控制（SPC），并能活用。
Familiar with quality system management (ISO9000 etc.), especially for the require of APQP，SPC and use it in the practice
项目组织与管理能力。
Ability for item organization and management
数据分析能力和汇报（报告）技巧。
Ability for data analyze and reporting skills
持续改善实战经验和冲动。
Improve the practices and actuation
熟练的英文阅读，写作及口语基础。
Proficient in both written and spoken English
