POSITION: Materials Manager
职位：材料经理
SUMMARY: Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, global supply management, supervising of Purchasing employees who select and manage vendors for the supply of required materials and products, coordination of materials to LT SZ as well as all functions relating to Production Planning, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving to ensure total customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:职责
? Provide feedback to appropriate departments on meeting customer requirements.将客户需求反馈给相关部门
? Communicate with sales for forecasting.和销售部门关于预测的交流
? Effectively manage manufactured product inventory levels.有效的管理已经生产的产品的级别目录
? Oversee all production scheduling for all local facilities to ensure schedules are in line with orders and forecasts, production capacities and corporate objectives.根据现有的设备和产能，结合所有的订单和预期订单，制定生产计划，

? Develop supplies, conduct supplier audits, and strategize with QA as required to improve and ensure supplier quality.通过对开发商、供应商的审核以及制定QA策略来保证供应商德质量

? Interface, develop material plan, and coordinate monthly planning meeting with Buyers to meet corporate objectives.接口、物流规划以及每个月和客户会面来协调目标
? Check availability of component parts prior to issuing manufacturing orders using system inquiries and shortage reports.利用系统和错误报告在完成生产订单之前来检查各部分的可能性

REQUIREMENTS: 要求
? Basic computer skills基本的电脑技能
? Good organizational, analytical and communication skills良好的组织、分析和沟通技能
? Fluent speaking, writing and reading English 流利的英语说读写能力
? Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail注意细节的能力
? Must have complete understanding and experience with integrated manufacturing software systems

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:教育/经验
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.本科或者本科以上
? 6-8 years previous sourcing, inventory, production control, and/or supervisory experience in FOE.6－8年原料、库存、产品控制或者FOE管理经验
