POSITION: Production Manager

SUMMARY: Prioritize and plan work loads/assignments from schedules to achieve quality, throughput, service goals, and to meet customer requirements. Evaluate capacity requirements and identify in advance changes necessary to meet customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:职责
?Plan and achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.规划并取得生产、质量和成本目标
?Coordinate scheduling of prototypes with Production Control, Design and Manufacturing Engineering.协调模型日程与产品控制、设计和生产工程
?Evaluate personnel requirements based on business and employee needs.根据业务和员工需求评估人事需求
?Recommend equipment, tooling, and processes to support business objectives.建议设备、夹具以及制程来支持业务目标
?Evaluate training requirements, conduct and request necessary training as required.评估培训需求，管理和搜集必须的培训需求
?Enforce safety regulations and all company policies.加强安全制度和公司所有的政策
?Report any equipment that is not in safe operating condition and remove it from use.报告所有不在安全运行条件的设备，并停止使用
?Strive to continually improve the function and operation of production.不断改善生产
?Oversee manufacturing-related departments and insure that they are meeting department goals and objectives.检查生产相关的部门，保证他们都能达到各部门的目标
?Develop and manage personnel and support personnel with conjunction to overall business plan.促进和管理人事，使人事与整个业务计划相结合
?Authorize performance evaluations and wage increases for all department personnel.批准业绩评估和所有部门人员的工资增加
?Recommend changes to increase cost effectiveness.建议加强成本控制的革新
?Evaluate and control spending for manufacturing operating budgets.评估并控制生产活动的预算
?Provide an environment conducive to empowerment and implementation of standards necessary to ensure ISO certification.创造有益于不断加强的环境，完善一些标准来保证通过ISO认证
?Evaluate and improve usage of current equipment and work methods. Work with the Process Engineer and the Tech group to improve production processes and establish improved work procedures.评估并改善现有的设备和作业方法，和制程工程师以及技术团队一起，改善生产制程，建立改进的生产制程
?Ensure all production documentation is done accurately and in a timely fashion.保证所有的生产文档及时准确
?Manage and maintain the safety and quality systems in the department.管理和维护各部门安全和质量系统

REQUIREMENTS: 要求
?Ability to read and follow drawing.能够阅读图纸并绘制图纸
?Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management, and organizational skills.良好的问题解决能力、决断力、班次管理和组织能力
?Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and Chinese.优秀的沟通技能，良好的中英文读写能力
?Knowledge of personal computer software and equipment良好的电脑软硬件知识
?Attention to detail.愿意关注细节
?Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a manufacturing setting.良好的生产企业里面的领导和监督能力

?High energy level and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.精力充沛，必要的时候能加班
?Experience with an MRP/ERP system a plus. 有MRP/ERP系统经验

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:教育/经历
?Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical field or equivalent education and experience.商业或技术相关专业本科毕业，或者同等学历和经验
?Evidence of Continued Education and Training.教育和培训证明
?4+ years supervisory experience in a similar position required.4年以上相似岗位的管理经验
