职位描述

岗位职责：
 Assist Senior EHSQ Manager to set up, implement and maintain the cluster level EHSQ Management system in line with company and group standards
 Assist EHSQ Manager to develop, implement and maintain ISO:14001, ISO:9001 and Responsible Care system
 Draft, develop and update the EHSQ procedures and relevant regulations, carry out the necessary audits to make sure the procedures are followed
 Proactively involve in HIRA(Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment), and conduct hazards based review during maintenance/engineering work
 Conduct daily field inspections, audits and joint inspections to monitor employees and contractors for compliance with Procedures, WIs and PTW requirements
 Develop EHS training plan as well as training material and deliver EHS trainings to staff, followed by the test and records maintaining
 Data collection, analysis, and summary for cluster EHSQ performance , give advice to the management team for improving
 Coordinate supply chain and logistic teams to carry out environment management activities such as environment monitoring and hazardous waste management
 Coordinate supply chain and logistic teams to carry out occupational health activities such as field hazardous factors surveillance and occupational health check
 Work with supply chain and logistic teams and Site EHSQ on specific EHSQ issues


任职要求：
 University or college degree in Safety Engineering, Environment Engineering or Chemicals related
 Minimum 3 years of experience in international companies or JV of chemical, petrochemical, environmental companies with strong knowledge of EHSQ management
 Be familiar with the GB codes and other legislations regarding EHSQ management
 Experience on ISO certification
 English: good speaking and reading are required
 Strong communication skills
 Good team player
