Responsibilities
Site supervision of MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, ELV, plumbing and drainage, fire services etc.Monitor performance of contractors according to specifications and drawingsCheck progress, construction methods, procedures, materials application of contractors and resolve technical issuesCheck and report non-conformances and follow up rectificationAssist other site matters
Requirements
University graduate in MVAC, Electrical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 8 years’ experience in site management or supervision, preferably in fit-out or renovation of office and retail sectorsFamiliar with codes and standardsWorking experience with foreign client or consultant will be advantageQualification of Constructor or Supervision Engineer will be advantageGood command of written and oral communication in Chinese and EnglishSkillful in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and MS ProjectTeam player and proactiveWork location: Shenzhen
